BKS Iyengar Yoga Studio
BKS Iyengar is home to some of the most skilled yoga teachers in Dallas. Found in a 3,000 square foot renovated warehouse, the studio comes complete with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. It’s the city’s premier Iyengar destination, and all of the instructors are regularly tested to ensure students enjoy quality classes. Sessions are offered six days a week, and choices include Introduction, Restorative, and All Levels.
